First, take out the battery from the battery box.
There is a box or box for the battery. For safety, there are locks on the sides of the box. If you don’t open the lock and forcibly “pull” it, it is easy to tear the battery box’s “noise”. Unlock the battery box first and then pull out the battery box. Generally, the battery box has a "slide". When you take the battery box, let it "slide out" in parallel. Damaged the battery!
The battery box is in two halves, which are "tightened" by screws. Use a screwdriver to "untie" the screws of the battery box one by one. Open the battery box and you will see the battery! Use a 50w~60w electric soldering iron to solder each connection point of the old battery. If it is difficult to solder, add some solder wire, melt it completely, and the connection line will come down smoothly!

Second: Install the new battery correctly.
First of all, look at the battery connection wire - whether the copper core wire is discolored and blackened, whether the insulating layer is damaged, whether the fuse and the fuse holder have burnt marks, and whether the discharge hole connection is firmly in contact... necessary Replace it when necessary, so as to avoid short circuit and open circuit due to conductive contact, virtual ignition, danger, scalding the battery, short circuit of positive and negative electrodes, and spontaneous combustion.
Generally, four batteries are in a group, which are connected in series. The power of the soldering iron is preferably between 50w and 60w. When soldering the battery pile, it should not be connected for more than three seconds. Put some tin on the battery pile first, and the connecting wire should also be soldered. Point tin, the wire ends are connected to the battery pile and it will be "adhered" quickly. If the conduction of heat for a long time will cause certain damage to the battery, it is best to wrap the welded battery pile with insulating tape to prevent the cable from being turned upside down and worn on bumpy roads. Press onto the connecting wire.

After the batteries are connected, separate each battery with a battery cardboard box or rubber spacer to prevent the batteries from running back and forth, and secondly, each battery has "each other" cooling space! Use screws to "seal" the battery box to prevent water leakage if the seal is not tight, which is not good for the battery. Then when the battery is installed on the car, if the battery box enters the chute and moves erratically, try to fix it, otherwise the battery box will shake randomly, and the battery will sway with its rhythm, which is easy to leak liquid and affect the service life of the battery!
